Setting up the Rokid Max 2 on a Windows PC
The Rokid Max 2 works as a plug-in monitor on PCs with a video-capable USB-C port. Rokid lists up to 120 Hz and a 1920×1200 option in addition to 1080p.
Honest note: RayNeo Air 3 is the only model fully tested with Complete VR Studio. Rokid Max 2 uses a manual profile that has not been validated yet, so treat app-specific steps as experimental. The general steps work with any software.
- Connect to a DP Alt Mode port (see ports and adapters).
- Pick 1920×1080 or 1920×1200 and the highest refresh. Missing 120 Hz? See 120 Hz not available.
- Select the glasses as audio output in Windows sound settings.
- For 3D, follow SBS movies.
