Best PC game settings for XR glasses
- Native resolution (usually 1920×1080, some 1920×1200).
- Steady frame rate: a capped stable 60 or 120 feels better than an unstable higher one.
- Full screen on the glasses' display.
- HUD safe zone: shrink it inward to keep bars out of soft corners.
- In-game FOV: moderate; very wide values distort on a 46–58° screen.
- Gamma: OLED blacks are deep; lower gamma if washed out.
- Depth: see 2D games in 3D.
Complete VR Studio's GPU duplicated game view shows games on the glasses; on the tested RayNeo Air 3, expect about 120 FPS in 2D at 1080p/120 Hz.
