Reducing eye strain on the XREAL Air 2

Applies to XREAL Air 2 on Windows 10/11. Not validated in Complete VR Studio. Not medical advice; see an eye-care professional for persistent symptoms.

XREAL's spec sheet lists the Air 2 at a 46° field of view, up to 500 nits, and up to 120 Hz in 2D (90 Hz in 3D). It ships with S/M/L nose pads and a 3-position temple adjustment, and those two parts decide most of your comfort.

Honest note: RayNeo Air 3 is the only model fully tested with Complete VR Studio. The XREAL Air 2 uses a manual profile that has not been validated yet, so treat app-specific steps as experimental. The general steps work with any software.
