How to use older RayNeo glasses on a Windows PC

Applies to RayNeo glasses on Windows 10 (19041+)/11 x64. RayNeo Air 3 is fully tested; other models may behave differently.

Older RayNeo glasses (earlier Air models and similar) still make a great big-screen display for a PC. They work as a regular external monitor over USB-C, but newer software features often target only the latest models. This guide covers getting an older pair working well on Windows, then how Complete VR Studio brings extra tuning to older glasses.

Step 1: Connect

Step 2: Set up the display in Windows

Step 3: Fit and comfort

Older models can be less forgiving about fit. Try every nose pad, keep the lenses clean and use prescription inserts if needed. If edges look soft, see the RayNeo blurry edges guide; if you get tired quickly, see our eye strain fixes.

Step 4: Check for 3D (SBS) support

Many RayNeo models can switch into side-by-side 3D. Check your manual, then follow the SBS on Windows guide.

How Complete VR Studio helps

Complete VR Studio is a Windows PC app for per-eye tuning of XR glasses, and it's designed to bring support to older glasses models too. It adds:

The RayNeo Air 3 is the fully tested model. Older RayNeo models aren't individually listed as validated, so results may vary. When you request the installer, tell us which model you have.

Trial, price and how to get it
